Green Features
Inside and out, materials were selected to reflect the sustainability goals
of the project.
The roof has shingles that are manufactured out of recycled rubber and look like the original slate that graced the building – at less than half the weight of the original.
Bamboo flooring was installed in the gallery spaces.

- It grows and matures quickly
- Provides a durable surface for these high traffic areas.
